Reports indicate that beloved actors Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson are returning to their iconic characters in the newest chapter of the Hunger Games film series, titled The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. The project is now in the works.

The actors are slated to play Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, respectively. It is believed their cameos will take the form of a flash-forward sequence, considering the original saga concluded with their characters settled into family life.

• Jesse Plemons steps into the role of Plutarch Heavensbee.
• Ralph Fiennes will appear as a earlier incarnation of the calculating President Snow.

In other news, Jennifer Lawrence has been nominated for a Golden Globe for the film Die My Love. Josh Hutcherson recently appeared in the successful franchise Five Nights at Freddy's 2.
